We’re looking for a Chef de Partie to join the team at Poon’s at Somerset House.
This is a role for someone who enjoys the rhythm of the kitchen and takes pride in doing things well.
You’ll be running your section, preparing for service, and working alongside a team that values consistency, care, and a positive atmosphere.
We’re looking for someone who:
Is comfortable managing their own section
Is organised and reliable
Pays attention to the small details
Enjoys being part of a team
