We’re looking for a Junior Sous Chef to join us at Poon’s at Somerset House.
This role would suit someone who enjoys being part of a calm, thoughtful but hardworking kitchen – someone who takes pride in what they do.
You’ll be working closely with the Head Chef and the team, helping to keep things running smoothly day to day. It’s a mix of cooking, organising, and supporting others – being someone people can rely on.
We’re hoping to find someone who:
Feels comfortable taking a bit more responsibility
Enjoys working as part of a close-knit team
Has a steady, positive approach to service
Cares about food being made properly
