About Trulli Ulivi
Trulli Ulivi produces high-quality extra virgin olive oil from olives harvested at Masseria Borzone in the Valle d’Itria, Ostuni, Puglia. Working with local farmers, the oil is produced in small batches that capture the distinctive character of the region – vibrant, green, peppery and fresh.
Our oil is currently stocked in a growing number of independent delis, restaurants and specialist retailers across the UK, and we are expanding our presence both in hospitality and retail.
We are also developing a frantoio (olive mill) and restaurant on our farm in Puglia, and looking to expand our reach across Europe. It’s an exciting moment to join the business and help grow the next chapter.
The Role
We are looking for a casual team member with hospitality industry experience and strong connections within the UK food scene to support our wholesale growth and retail presence.
This is a flexible role (around two days per week) combining sales outreach, market presence, and fulfilment support.
You’ll work closely with the founders and brand manager to help expand Trulli Ulivi’s footprint in restaurants, delis and specialty retailers.
Key Responsibilities
Wholesale Sales
– Build relationships with restaurants, chefs, delis and specialty food retailers
– Introduce and sell Trulli Ulivi olive oil to new wholesale customers
– Maintain relationships with existing stockists
– Arrange tastings and product introductions with chefs and buyers
– Support wholesale account management and follow-ups
Operations & Fulfilment
– Assist with order fulfilment and logistics for wholesale and direct orders
– Support stock management and inventory tracking
– Help coordinate deliveries and shipments when needed
Who We’re Looking For
– Experience working in hospitality, food retail, or specialty food sales
– Strong network within restaurants, chefs, buyers or delis in the UK
– Passion for food, ingredients, and craft producers
– Comfortable representing a brand and telling a product story
– Self-starter who enjoys working in a small entrepreneurial team
– Organised and reliable with a hands-on attitude
