Kitchen Team – 40 Duke Private Members’ Club
Opening Spring 2026
40 Duke is a new private members’ club, centred around thoughtful hospitality, seasonal cooking and quietly confident service.
We are building a professional kitchen team and are currently recruiting for the following roles:
· Sous Chef
· Chef de Partie
· Kitchen Porter
Our kitchen will focus on seasonal, ingredient-led cooking, delivered with precision, care and consistency. We are looking for individuals who take pride in their craft, work well as part of a team and maintain high standards during service.
This is an opportunity to be part of the opening team of a new members’ club, working in a calm and collaborative kitchen environment with opportunities to grow and develop.
Full and part-time positions available.
