Primary Responsibilities Include:

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic bartender to join our seasonal team, providing exceptional service to our guests from March to November 2026. Responsibilities include:
Preparing and serving a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, wine, and spirits.
Serving pre-lunch and dinner drinks, canapés, afternoon tea beverages, and ‘welcome back’ drinks when guests return from off-board excursions.
Maintaining a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar area, including washing glassware and bar equipment
Preparing bar mise en place and ensuring all supplies are ready for service.
Providing knowledgeable recommendations about drinks, wine pairings and the offerings available onboard
Assisting with general onboard hospitality duties, including greeting guests and supporting operational departments as required
 
What You Bring:
Applicants must have eligibility to work in the UK.
1-2 years’ experience in a similar role as a bartender or bar person, ideally within the luxury hospitality industry.
Knowledge of drink preparation, mixology and wine service
Hospitality qualification an advantage.
Understanding of COSHH and safe handling of cleaning products.
Excellent customer service, communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-end hospitality environment.
