We are looking for a Floor Manager who leads from the front, sets the tone on the floor, and inspires the team to deliver unforgettable guest experiences every single day.
What you’ll do:
• Lead service with confidence, energy and precision
• Be the driving force behind exceptional guest experience and team engagement
• Train, coach and develop the team to deliver top-level hospitality
• Take ownership of the floor, ensuring standards are consistently executed
• Handle guest feedback with care, professionalism and a solution-driven mindset
• Work closely with the management team to drive performance, sales and team culture
