The Sous Chef role:
- One year experience at a similar role at a high-quality restaurant kitchen
- Contribute to menu development and commitment to team training and development
- Manage all sections and pass confidently
- Strong communication & team motivator
- Good understanding of ordering & wastage, stock management, Chef rotas, costings and GP
- Understanding of flavours balance, a passion for food and your own development is a must
- Excellent knowledge of our menus, ingredients, allergens and adherence to all Food Safety and hygiene standards
- Strong team ethic, always showing respect for your colleagues
