We are looking for a reliable and creative floor manager to join our team in our busy restaurant in Shoreditch. The right candidate will help our General Manager to run the business. You will have a genuine passion for Thai food and exceptional customer service and a proactive approach to team management. You will train your team to ensure they have the knowledge needed to provide exceptional customer experience.

Experience

1 year minimum experience required in the same role

What skills are required

• Inspiring & leading the best team during service
• Promoting a culture of respect which balances guest focus and an enjoyable place to work
• Being responsible for stock count and ordering
• Contributing to the team development
• Knowledge and passion for Thai food
• Knowledge of classic cocktails
• Passion and experience with wines preferred
• Experience with SevenRooms, Tevalis and Opsyte preferred but not required
