We are excited to be supporting a confidential client on the search for a Managing Director to lead the launch of a new ultra-luxury private members’ club in the Swiss Alps.

This is a rare, high-impact role blending commercial leadership, operational excellence and cultural stewardship. The MD will own the house’s performance, standards and identity; shaping everything from guest experience and membership strategy to P&L delivery and regulatory compliance.

We’re looking for a multilingual, highly accomplished hospitality leader with:

• Senior experience in luxury hospitality or private members’ clubs

• Full P&L ownership in high-pressure, high-standard environments

• Deep understanding of UHNW client service and membership governance

• Strong operational, cultural and people leadership capability

• Fluency in English and German (French/Italian a plus)
