It’s that time of year again & Bruno is looking to expand our small (but mighty!) team.

A passion for all things hospitality is a must, along with a love for natural wine. We regularly host a rotating line-up of guest chefs and pop-ups, so a love of great food (and how it pairs with wine) is a big plus.

You don’t need to know everything, but you should:
– Have a genuine interest in natural wine and producers
– Feel confident chatting to guests and making recommendations
– Have a strong desire to learn and expand your knowledge of wine
– Bring positive energy to the floor, even when it’s full-on (especially in the summer)
– Be a team player who’s happy to get stuck in wherever needed

What you’ll be doing:
– Service, service and more service
– Helping guests navigate the list (and discover something new)
– Learning from a constantly evolving selection of wines
– Being part of a close-knit team that really cares about what we do
