Our tiny but very popular ice cream shop and natural wine bar needs a supervisor. You will work very closely with the management team who are co-running a wine bar across the road. The supervisor will be responsible for:
Running shifts sometimes solo or as a team up to 3
Supporting management in day-to-day operations like ordering wine
Training new staff on order of service and product offering
Maintaining strict cleanliness and food hygiene standards
Neighbourly relations in a highly residential area
Write end of day reports for management
You must be excited by a ice cream shop x natural wine offering!
