Coal Office Restaurant is situated in Granary Square in King’s Cross. We are social, creative, fun, and our goal is to deliver a unique experience to our guests with a friendly service and serene mindset.
The menu is designed by Chef Patron Assaf Granit (Michelin Star) & Head Chef Dan Pelles, using seasonal produce delivered to the restaurant daily. We serve Middle Eastern / Mediterranean Cuisine in a rustic restaurant, with a modern and contemporary setting; Tom Dixon is the signature of all our interior design features.

Our Open Kitchen serves the guests exactly like the rest of our restaurants in Jerusalem and all around the world: this will require love in hosting people and directly interact with the guests.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience as a Sous Chef or strong Junior Sous in a high-volume, quality-driven kitchen
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a team
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- High standards of food quality, presentation, and cleanliness
- A proactive, hands-on approach with strong attention to detail
- Good understanding of food safety, HACCP, and kitchen compliance
- Provide level-headed and creative approach to people management
