As a Runner at Dover Street Counter, you will deliver warm, attentive, and efficient service. Working closely with both the kitchen and front-of-house teams, you will help create a welcoming dining experience while maintaining Dover Street’s service standards and meeting all guest expectations.

MAIN DUTIES
* Provide warm, genuine, and professional service to every guest.
* Deliver food and beverages efficiently and accurately, following company service standards.
* Demonstrate full understanding and strict adherence to food allergy procedures.
* Build positive relationships with guests and confidently share knowledge of the brand, menu, and beverages.
* Maintain excellent communication with colleagues, managers, and the kitchen team.
* Prepare back-of-house areas before service, including passes and service stations.
* Follow all checklists and ensure they are signed off by the Manager on Duty.
