Content and Social Media Assistant, CODE Hospitality, Knife & Fork Media
We’re looking for a detail oriented content assistant to join us in the support of the day to day running of CODE Hospitality’s social media, website and newsletters. This role will report into our marketing manager and is delivery focused, working closely with our editor and the wider team, including marketing, events and partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day to day running of CODE’s social media channels, creating and scheduling high quality, on brand content across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and other relevant platforms. Monitor and respond to comments and DMs, ensuring consistent community engagement.
- Lead the creation of social video content across new openings, event coverage, team led content, sponsored content and editorial video interviews.
- Support the planning and delivery of content for flagship campaigns across all channels.
- Managing the wider editorial content calendar and identifying timely industry moments, news and trends for CODE to be part of.
- Upload and format articles, new openings and updates on the website, and support the production and sending of newsletters, including template builds, image editing and sponsored content placement. Source and prepare imagery for social, web and newsletter use.
- Assist with reporting on content performance and community growth, and provide general team cover during holidays or periods of absence.

- Comfortable working with video editors (like CapCut), WordPress, email platforms and image editing tools
- Confident following processes and working to deadlines
- Clear communicator who works well within a team

Contract: Full time
Location: Office based (Soho, London) with option to work from home up to two days per week
Salary: £29k-£32k
