Project Manager, Knife & Fork Media (CODE Hospitality, Good Food Guide)
Knife & Fork Media is a fast growing hospitality media business behind CODE Hospitality and Good Food Guide. We are a leading voice in the UK hospitality industry, with a highly engaged membership community, a strong editorial platform, and an established programme of industry events and campaigns.
We are looking for a Project Manager to work across departments and support the delivery of key projects across events, memberships, partnerships, marketing and editorial. This is a delivery-focused role, sitting at the centre of the business, ensuring things get done, stakeholders are aligned, and projects are delivered to a high standard.
What you’ll be doing:
- Working directly with the leadership and wider teams to coordinate and deliver key business projects across CODE Hospitality and Good Food Guide.
- Managing the end-to-end delivery of events, including member dinners, campaigns (e.g. Women of the Year, Happiest Places to Work, 100 Best Local Restaurants, 100 Best Pubs) and partnership activations.
- Acting as the main point of contact for venues, sponsors, PRs and external partners across projects.
- Supporting marketing and editorial teams with project coordination, timelines and campaign execution.
- Maintaining project trackers, timelines and internal documentation to ensure visibility across the business.
- Attending events where required to support delivery and act as on-the-ground representative of the brand.
- Producing post-project and post-event reporting to evaluate performance and impact.
- Supporting ad hoc operational and project work across the business as required.
Your experience for this role:
- Proven experience in a project management, events, operations, or delivery-focused role, with a track record of owning projects end-to-end.
- Comfortable managing multiple stakeholders and competing deadlines simultaneously, ideally within hospitality, media, membership, events, or an agency environment.
- Confidence using project management and CRM tools (such as HubSpot, Asana or Notion) to keep work organised and teams aligned is beneficial but not essential.
Skills:
- Excellent organisation and attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proactive, self-starting attitude with the ability to take ownership of tasks.
- Comfortable working across multiple teams and balancing competing priorities.
- Strong team player with a collaborative approach.
- Genuine interest in hospitality and the UK restaurant industry.
