Head chef Tom Booton (a CODE ’30 under 30’ winner) is the youngest ever head chef of The Grill at the Dorchester. The modern-day British grill is an ideal spot for a cosy, long lunch in the Park Lane hotel – Booton’s menu has some signature classics such as homemade stout bread and the Grill’s lobster thermidor tart. If you’re lucky, you may even get a tour of the hotel’s expansive kitchens with their own escalators.
