The Assistant Restaurant Manager will play a key role in supporting the General Manager and wider management team in delivering an exceptional front-of-house experience.
Key responsibilities include:
- Support the daily running of front-of-house operations, ensuring service flows seamlessly and with attention to detail.
- Share knowledge of menus, seasonal produce, and the restaurant’s ethos with confidence, clarity, and enthusiasm.
- Inspire, guide, and nurture the team, fostering a supportive and positive working culture rooted in pride and collaboration.
- Encourage a service style that is attentive yet relaxed, anticipating guest needs and responding with care and professionalism.
Job Requirements
- Fluent in English.
- Work authorisation in the UK.
- Experience in a supervisory or management role within a high-quality, hospitality-driven restaurant environment.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate, support, and develop a front-of-house team.
